OUR COFEEE…

Our coffee is grown in the high altitude mountains of Sevilla, Colombia. These coffees flourish in the fertile soils of volcanic origins and combine with the gentle warm winds from Valle Del Cauca. We partner ourselves with nature, the perfect climate and dedication. The results are unique and very special, since no other place can produce coffees with the perfect balance and flavor as ours.

All coffees are processed with pure spring eater and exposed only  to the natural and generous Sevillan sunlight. Once these beans reach the stage known as ‘Café Pergamino’ they begin their next stage of our careful preparation

The final stage is the precise gradingof the coffee by an experienced team of women, who song traditional songs as the work. The result is the finest, cleanest and mos flavorful ‘Green Coffee’ packed in the traditional ‘Fique’ bags.
